HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
If you no longer wish to use FogWalk and want to permanently remove your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Method 1: Deleting from within the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the FogWalk mobile application:
- Open the FogWalk app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on the Delete Account button.
- Read the warning prompt and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.
Note: You must be logged into your account to perform this action.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request account deletion via email:
- Send an email to support@fogwalk.rhinepereira.in.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Ensure you send the email from the exact email address associated with your FogWalk account.
- We will process your request and delete your data within 7-14 business days.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently erased from our servers:
- Your account profile and authentication details.
- All of your synced exploration history and uncovered map areas (Fog of War data).
- Any associated usage logs linked to your account.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
